Hi. My contract is finishing with Meo . I really want a better contract , as I am not always in Madeira so much of the time I am paying for telephone and TV which is not being used . Is there an email address that I can contact MEO in English to enable me to discuss this . Otherwise I amy need to change to a new company ...Kind regards

I’m in a similar situation and haven’t been able to obtain telephone help. Last effort I was transferred 4 times, and then left hanging on indefinetly - 25 min call from abraod €€€€€.
I’m loosing faith and plan to cancel my contract if I can’t get the help and support from MEO
